$20+ per hour depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced administrator who is motivated to join a successful NZ owned company for up to 8 weeks.

The Company:

This successful NZ owned company operate within the construction space and are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking administrator to join their team for up to 8 weeks.

This role has an immediate start and will give you the opportunity to utilise your administration experience whilst gaining valuable exposure to their Human Resouces department.

The Role:

This temporary administration role will see you:

  • Providing general administration support to the internal team
  • Assisting the HR team, accounts team and the fleet department
  • Entering data, quality checking and reviewing documentation across multiple systems
  • Helping the team with ad hoc duties including ocassional reception cover

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Previous administration and data entry experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fantastic time management and attention to detail
  • An enthusiastic, positive and driven attitude
