The Hudson Recruitment Business Support team are looking for a strong administrator to work on temporary assignments with leading public and private organisations and companies.

To succeed in these roles you will have experience in a previous office support role, excellent communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities will include:

    • Diary Management

    • General Administration

    • Front of house duties

    • Minute taking

    • Record and file management

    • Database management

    • Proficient in MS Office suite

    • Experience in office based roles

    • Wellington based and available immediately

    • Right to work (visa status) in New Zealand
