20 week programme to become a fully fledged recruitment consultant
Learn the art of recruitment the right way
Who Are We?
Don't let the slick new office, global footprint and public ownership fool you. We're human, down to earth, humble and highly collaborative, yet love to win…something we are getting particularly good at after a phenomenal year in 2016. Our size and ownership brings resources, tools and brand awareness. But not the hierarchy, politics and leadership via spreadsheet you might expect.
We value deep specialisation and pride ourselves on being consultative to both job seekers and hiring managers. A world class Net Promoter Score of over 80% would suggest we are doing a few things right as well as the fact we are continuing to grow!
We currently have an Associate Consultant (AC) who is working through the final stages of promotion to consultant. As a result, we are now seeking someone to replace her in the AC programme to help expand our Analytics practice. You will learn how to interview candidates, call and meet with clients whilst becoming a true specialist in all things analytics. Unlike starting other new roles, the beauty of joining Hudson is that you have a number of AC peers supporting you through the various steps (as they too have been there, done that) whilst you take ownership for your own learning. You achieve and build on your skills at your pace and will have a lot of fun along the way. The programme is set to be challenging but not insurmountable!
You value building relationships, appreciate the power of collaboration and have a genuine interest in the analytics field. You have a high level of resilience and appreciate that with challenges comes learnings and success. Although we are looking for someone who is ambitious, we're most interested in humility, genuineness and a passion for quality and results.
What you'll get
You'll get a transparent career path, instant promotion on completion of the AC programme, high quality training and most importantly work with some top shelf people, because we both know it's culture, passion and people that make the biggest difference.
