The opportunity

We currently have an Associate Consultant (AC) who is working through the final stages of promotion to consultant. As a result, we are now seeking someone to replace her in the AC programme to help expand our Analytics practice. You will learn how to interview candidates, call and meet with clients whilst becoming a true specialist in all things analytics. Unlike starting other new roles, the beauty of joining Hudson is that you have a number of AC peers supporting you through the various steps (as they too have been there, done that) whilst you take ownership for your own learning. You achieve and build on your skills at your pace and will have a lot of fun along the way. The programme is set to be challenging but not insurmountable!


You value building relationships, appreciate the power of collaboration and have a genuine interest in the analytics field. You have a high level of resilience and appreciate that with challenges comes learnings and success. Although we are looking for someone who is ambitious, we're most interested in humility, genuineness and a passion for quality and results.
