Lead risk management processes

With an ongoing focus to enhance the performance in their unique and diverse organisation this new position has been established. Reporting to the GM People and Capability and partnering with senior stakeholders you will lead the transformation of quality, change-management and business improvement workflows. You will influence the integration of systems and ensure best practice across quality control functions and key projects.

To be successful in this role you will be adept at making things happen, leading projects and working with others to ensure successful outcomes are achieve.

What you will bring:

  • A passion for continuous improvement, the integrity of systems and robust quality processes
  • Analysis skills to support the monitoring of performance metrics to inform process improvements
  • A business management or quality tertiary qualification and at least 5 years' experience leading projects and business improvement programmes
  • Exceptional communication skills and a motivated, pragmatic interpersonal style
