Experienced Call Centre Representative

If you are type of person who really enjoys providing a high quality service to customers in an inbound call centre setting, then Hudson wants to hear from you.

Our Client is looking for experienced Contact Centre Representatives who can build strong customer relationships and can:

    • Make proactive outbound calls in a timely manner

    • Resolve customer enquires and complaints

    • Resolve customer inbound enquiries and/or complaints

    • Display resilience when dealing with customers

    • Provide information, advice or appointments to people who contact an organisation

    • Forward enquiries to relevant departments

    To ensure the customer has an exceptional experience you will have:

    • Previous experience in a Government organisation

    • The drive to deliver exceptional communication

    • A great phone manner

    • Computer data entry skills and the ability to type and talk at the same time

    • Excellent written and verbal skills

    • The ability to learn quickly
