North Shore Location

$24 p/h + Holiday Pay


Based on the North shore, right on the bus way and motorways to and from the CBD and wider north shore, this insurance provider is a market leading and well known brand within NZ.


This role will be responsible for assessing, reviewing and reporting on sales agents calls, and marking them against key metrics.

You will be reviewing multiple calls daily, and entering the scores and feedback into a report and excel spreadsheet which will then be passed to the team leaders to feed back to the agents.

This role is starting immediately and will be for approx. 3 months, working standard business hours.

You will be assessing the sales team which may sometimes include assessing outsourced calls/agents as well.

About you:

You will have previous call centre experience and will ideally come from a senior role where you have either coached and trained agents, or have done a quality and assessing role before - to ensure you can hit the ground running and add value to strengthen this great team's performance!

  • Well versed with call centre metrics
  • Able to identify weakness and strengths
  • Able to assess and review against key performance indicators
  • Great listening skills
  • Able to write precise and relevant reviews on calls
  • Clear NZ credit and criminal check
