Provide administration support to the Client Relationship Team
Mon - Fri business hours, $50K - $60K base with bonus
High performing and successful team with career progression

This is a newly created role where you will support a successful client services team with administrative tasks for their clients. This would include;

  • Manage client documentation around requests, transfers, amendments and cancellations
  • Process KiwiSaver withdrawals for managed funds and superannuation funds
  • Liaise with existing clients and other providers
  • Follow up with clients to ensure all paperwork requirements are met
  • Work closely with your colleagues to ensure key projects and targets are met
  • Continually seek creative solutions to improve existing processes

  • Experienced in administration and customer services
  • Previous exposure to KiwiSaver, financial services or investment would be an advantageous
  • Energetic and outgoing with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Naturally driven to achieve & exceed business expectations
  • A strong communicator with proven customer service experience
  • Proactive at problem solving with plenty of initiative
  • IT savvy with advanced excel and/or reporting ability
  • A clean credit check is essential
