Ever wanted someone to call you and tell you more about how your KiwiSaver can work for you? Perhaps you want more information on how to save for your first home? Or you want to know how best to plan for your upcoming retirement?

Well, you could be that person making that proactive call, reassuring existing customers that you're there for them and can provide advice on those tricky questions that aren't always readily avaiable.

You will be responsible for the following;

  • Proactively approach existing customers to talk through their KiwiSaver/ investment portfolio
  • Educate clients on how best to utilise the online tools provided
  • Personalising financial advice to ensure customers are on the most rewarding plan
  • Generate leads and referrals that will contribute to retaining and helping more clients

To succeed you will possess;

  • Strong customer services background, preferably with outbound experience
  • Previous experience within Financial Services, Banking and/ or KiwiSaver an advantage but not essential
  • Confidence to ask for referral or leads
  • Highly client focussed with excellent verbal and written communication skills
