If you come from a customer-facing, phone-based or retail background, you will hit the ground running in this role! There is comprehensive training with on-going support, so you will have a fantastic opportunity to grow and progress, working within an industry leading company.

As the first point of contact for the customer, you will be taking inbound calls from new and existing customers. This company has a strong customer service focus, and going the extra mile will be key.

Ideally you will have the following:

  • Customer service experience in either a face-to-face or over the phone environment
  • Ability to build rapport easily with customers from the initial point of contact
  • Ability to work with multiple systems

You will work 37.5 hours per week, on a rotational roster with shifts between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday, including 1 Saturday per month, and only 2 Sundays per year!

  • A clear criminal and credit history - this is a must
  • A driven and motivated attitude, with the willingness to help others
  • Great loyalty and tenure in your previous positions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency
