Monday to Friday shifts, no weekends

Join a dynamic, play hard, work hard rapidly growing outbound contact centre where you will help motivate, lead and coach your team into being high performing ethical sales professionals. In return you will gain absolute respect from your team as well as monthly bonuses that could take you well past the 6 figure mark.

You will be managing a team of up to 10 outbound sales representatives who will be making warm calls to New Zealand consumers. To ensure the success of the team you will be providing, 1-1 and team coaching. You will also assist with product training. A key part of the role is motivating your team and ensuring they have the right sales and customer service tools to assist in their success. You will lead by example and adjust your approach to get the best our of your team. Your team will be set KPIs and sales revenue targets.

You'd be crazy not to throw your hat in the ring for this role as it doesn't come up very often to be honest. Great management, supportive culture, slightly over the top on the energy front but that probably just makes the culture even more amazing!

The important details;

  • Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm but shifts most likely between 10am and 7pm.
  • Managing an Outbound team of approx. 10
  • Clear and achievable targets for you and your team
  • Your Manager is experienced, knowledgeable and supportive
  • Other Team Leaders have experienced huge success
  • Base $65,000per annum + large montly bonus component.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of success in a sales environment
  • Ability to coach and mentor people
  • Financial services experience will be advantageous
  • Passionate about coaching people
  • Positive and Results driven
  • Desire to succeed
  • Permanent residency or New Zealand citizenship
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
