In this role you will be taking inbound calls and assisting customers with various queries, offering a service to benefit them in their day to day lives. Spark are notorious for going above and beyond for all their customers; and of course, this will come naturally to you!

On top of putting customers' needs first, your strong drive to excel will see you being comfortable and confident upselling and cross selling on each and every call.

Your experience:

  • Contact Centre experience in a sales and service environment
  • Proven experience in problem solving, and seeking the best solutions for your customers
  • A natural ability to pick up systems and product requirements, with a solid understanding of technology


  • Are enthusiastic, and your satisfaction stems from delivering a superb customer service
  • Have the drive to continually develop and upskill, personally and professionally
  • Are inspired by your peers, and seek to absorb new aptitudes daily
  • Have exceptional English skills, both verbally and written
  • Are adaptable, and see a curve ball as a challenge to think of new solutions and problem solve

You will be working 8.5 hour fixed shifts between 8am - 8pm Monday - Sunday
