This large government organisation is looking for excellent customer service individuals to join there team in their inbound call centre starting ASAP. This role will require you to solve problems and be quick on your feet to deal with customer queries.

Role:

This is a high volume, high pressure, fast paced inbound customer service role which will see you:

  • Answering general customers queries
  • Taking inbound calls
  • Advising best course of actions
  • Escalating requests to the appropriate departments
  • Answering passport, Visa, marriage and birth certificate queries

The Ideal Candidate:

Candidates must be citizens of New Zealand due to the nature of the organisation.

  • Strong call centre experience from an established organisation
  • 1-2 years contact centre experience
  • Technically savvy
  • Ability to build rapport and gain customer loyalty
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Experience within a high pressure, high volume environment
