$25 p/h + Holiday Pay

Based in Auckland CBD, this organisation are at the forefront of infrastructure and telecommunication services to make NZ better connected.

They have grown rapidly over the last few years due to the demand of having better and faster telco services, with this role supporting and coordinating this demand.


In this role you will be supporting a team who design and deliver technology options to meet customer needs.

You will be responsible for a wide range of administration and coordination support to your team including:

  • Administrative support to the Solutions team
  • Creating and managing pre-qualification administration
  • Managing the customer service inboxes and coordinating responses
  • Being the first point of contact for pre-sale queries
  • Project administration and coordination of each case and process
  • Assisting clients with queries and the status of their requests

This role is starting immediately and will be until the end of October in the first instance.

Skills/Experience needed to succeed in this role:

  • Previous telecommunication or technical experience
  • Solid administration or coordination experience in a busy role
  • Strong customer and client support skills
  • Able to build and manage relationships between internal and external clients
  • Experience with the MS suite and SharePoint would be ideal
