Office management and support to GM and senior leaders

If you're looking for a blended and interesting fixed term contract that has variety that you can make your own, this could be it!

Our role will include but not be limited to;

  • Provide EA support to the General Manager and Sales Manager
  • Manage the company wide travel including travel coordination for 5 x Senior Leaders
  • Ensure the office is well stocked with stationery and office equipment
  • Coordinate and contribute to the company and client social events
  • Liaise with external contractors Eg; air conditioning, cleaners, etc
  • Review electronic filing system and ensure relevant files are recorded accurately
  • Prepare and proof read presentations and documents when required

Naturally you will have a strong EA or office management background and enjoy working in a non hierarchy, supportive, roll your sleeves up environment. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is outgoing, adaptable, proactive and accommodating. You will demonstrate excellent time management and communication in addition to a genuine interest in helping others.

In terms of cultural alignment, you will be joining a business where your team mates are like family. You will enjoy (and help coordinate) the monthly team BBQ, join in on office competitions and be the go to person in the office.
