Auckland CBD location
Temp role 28th September until 15th October
$30 - $32 p/h depending on experience + Holiday Pay


Based in Auckland CBD in modern offices, this global financial services organisation is currently on the hunt for a proactive and organised EA to cover an extended leave period.

You will be joining and supporting a hardworking team for one of the many brands under their global umbrella. This team are close-knit yet extremely hard working, creating a great work and team culture in their corporate CBD offices.


In this role you will be supporting a high level leader with:

  • Full diary management
  • Organising both internal and external meetings
  • Correspondence
  • Creating, formatting and proofing documentation
  • Booking and scheduling travel arrangements
  • Executive administration for the EGM and leadership team


You will be proactive and will naturally be able to pre-empt tasks and actions, to ensure your manager is supported and well equipped ahead of time for any meetings or last minute changes.

  • Previous PA or EA experience
  • Experience supporting busy managers with conflicting schedules
  • Savvy with the MS suite
  • Corporate presentation and communication skills
  • Available to work 28/9 - 15/10
