Our client is one of New Zealand's largest owned and operated organisations. The role is based in the Finance Department and there is an opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join the busy and growing team.

As a Finance assistant your duties will involve but not be limited to:

  • Uploading and coding of bank statements
  • Weekly clearance and bank account reconciling
  • Foreign Currency
  • Processing of cheques and bank transfers
  • Processing of journals as required
  • Set up new members, maintain and closure of accounts

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a finance administration
  • Intermediate MS Word and Excel
  • Good communication skills both verbally and written
  • SAP experience would be an advantage
