About the Role

This role is a vital part of the business, you will be the face of the company as well as the glue that holds the team together.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and Greet all visitors in a friendly professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls
  • Sort Mail and Deliveries
  • Provide PA support to General Manager and Managing Director
  • Coordinate Travel and Accomodation
  • Event Organisation - eg Christmas functions, internal functions. Customer gifts etc
  • Manage customer enquiries
  • Responsible for Sales of Promotional and Standard Products
  • Induction process
  • Maintain training records
  • Stationery supplies
  • General Admin

Skills

  • Bubbly, friendly personality
  • Ability to build great rapport with customers
  • MYOB experience would be a bonus
  • Ability to manage multiple things on the go
  • Good initiative
  • Ability to pick things/systems/processes/product knowledge quickly
  • Must be NZ citizen or Permanent Resident
