Who Are We?

Don't let the slick new office, global footprint and public ownership fool you. We're human, down to earth, humble and highly collaborative, yet love to win…something we are getting particularly good at after a phenomenal year in 2016. Our size and ownership brings resources, tools and brand awareness. But not the hierarchy, politics and leadership via spreadsheet you might expect.

At Hudson we value deep specialisation and pride ourselves on giving job seekers choice, while making it easy for hiring managers. A world class Net Promoter Score of over 80% would suggest we are doing a few things right.

The opportunity

As part of a hugely experienced leadership team you'll be responsible for the management and expansion of our Technology Practice, a new role and critical to continuing our momentum. You'll initially leverage the existing IP and Technology capability within other high performing APAC teams to set the structure, processes and priorities of a mid term growth plan, travelling as needed to learn first hand. You can then get on with building your 'empire' aggressively yet sustainably. An existing track record in project services makes this an ideal leadership challenge for some looking to write their own success story without starting from scratch.

You value relationships, thrive off other's success and appreciate the power of collaboration. Your leadership experience has also taught you that creating a high performance culture and bringing the best out of others comes from far more than cranking the KPI wheel…that won't work here. We'd prefer you have experience and networks within the local technology community but we're most interested in humility, genuineness and a passion for quality and results, both as a leader and colleague.

What you'll get

You'll get a transparent career path, leadership training and most importantly work with some top shelf people, because we both know it's culture, passion and people that make the biggest difference. Although the extra annual leave, flexibility, extensive resources and a brand that opens doors doesn't hurt. True leadership opportunities in this market are rare.
