Work in a fun, social & positive team where you will gain valuable in-house training and further your career within the financial services industry.

You will be responsible for the following;

  • Respond to existing banking customer queries over the phone.
  • Assist with customer requests relating to transfers, amendments and cancellations
  • Provide accurate product information

This role is starting starting on the 26th March and will be through until the end of January 2019 with the potential to go permanent, working standard business hours.

  • Previous success in an inbound customer services role
  • Exposure to financial services or lending services would be an advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with a genuine care factor for your customers
  • Proactive at problem solving with plenty of initiative
  • A clean credit and police check is essential
