Monday 19th February start until approx. end of June
$22 p/h + Holiday Pay working Monday to Friday

Work in a fun, social & positive team where you will gain valuable in-house training and further your career within the financial services industry.

You will be responsible for the following;

  • Respond to existing client queries over the phone, email and online Live Chat
  • Assist with client requests relating to transfers, amendments and cancellations
  • Provide accurate product information on their superannuation fund

This role is starting on Monday the 19th of February at will be through until the end of June in the first instance working standard business hours.

  • Previous success in an inbound customer services role
  • Exposure to KiwiSaver, financial services or investment would be an advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with a genuine care factor for your customers
  • Proactive at problem solving with plenty of initiative
  • A clean credit and police check is essential
