Based in Auckland CBD, this organisation is part of one of NZ's biggest telecommunication organisations.

Their brand is aimed towards day to day kiwis, offering a range of cost friendly and service focused products and services.


In this inbound customer service role, you will be supporting customers with a range of general queries including:

  • Assisting with payments and payment queries
  • Product and services knowledge and recommendations
  • Technical issues and resolution
  • Account settings and changes

This temp role is starting on the 25th of September and will be on an ongoing basis with potential permanent opportunities available for the right candidate!

Your shifts will be between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on the weekends. We cannot allow any extended leave over the upcoming Christmas and New Year period.

  • You have retail or call centre customer service experience
  • Are motivated and enthusiastic to grow your call centre career
  • Have superb communication skills with a personable nature
  • General understanding of technology and telco products
  • Can start on September 25th and on an ongoing basis
