About the company:

Our Financial Services client is based in the City and they are looking for someone to come in and join their team due to a resignation. You will be joining a team of 7 who believe in cross training so every 3 months or so they rotate their roles. The different roles within the team range from Arrears collections, Bank reconciliations, Enquiries and a few other admin functions. They have been around for over 65 years now and they are still going strong.



About the role:

Reporting to the General Manager of Funding you will be responsible for the following:

  • Collecting outstanding debt
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Loading new agreements
  • Setting up direct debits
  • Sending out agreements
  • Customer queries
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as required



About you:

You will be an experienced Accounts Assistant who is looking for a change and someone who enjoys variety. You will also need to have a high attention to detail, be customer focused and good communication skills.
