Hudson is currently seeking an efficient Personal Assistant on behalf of a highly reputable government organisation.

To thrive in this role you will have excellent time management, strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.

Duties will include but are not exclusive to:

  • Take meeting minutes regularly and distributing minutes within a set timeframe
  • Complex diary management
  • Organising travel arrangements and schedules
  • Responding to queries via both telephone and email
  • Schedule and attend meetings as required
  • Anticipating and proactively addressing your manager's needs
  • General administration tasks
  • Finance management

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Be highly organised and a natural problem solver
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite
  • Right to work (visa status) in NZ
