CBD Location - Global corporate organisation
Part-time afternoon shift working 12.30pm to 5.00pm
Manage and coordinate the front desk


This organisation is a large and well known property company. They have modern corporate offices handily located in the CBD, close to a range of transport options.


In this afternoon part time reception role, you will be the face of this global organisation where you are able to really provide support from day one!

You will be responsible for assisting staff, visitors and clients with a wide range of duties including:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Managing meeting rooms and the ever changing calendars
  • Managing the incoming switchboard calls for the office
  • Maintain the kitchen, meeting and communal areas
  • Providing and ordering beverages, food and general office goods
  • Administration support including invoicing, mail, access cards etc.
  • Assisting the office manager with tasks and duties when required

This is a temporary role starting on the 30th of January and will be an ongoing position.
