About the Role

The primary focus of this role is to verify documents for all lending applications ensuring all is compliant. You will provide the highest level of customer service by accurately dealing with and answering all enquiries in a timely manner.


  • Ensure that all documents are verified accurately and refer any non-compliant documents back
  • Promptly resolve Internal customer complaints and queries
  • Verify employment and income details for the Customers, check bank statements and other supporting documents
  • Make outbound call to Customers and advise customer documents received. Clarification of information provided, request for further information. Advise customer application approved or declined
  • Other adhoc general admin


  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to manage priorities
  • Good attention to detail
  • At least 2 to 5 years prior payouts/settlements experience
