This role is providing support to three partners within a well known firm. Ideally your experience within a large, financial services or legal firm will allow you to hit the ground running in this position.

Your week will be filled with diary management, arranging travel, and providing administration support to the partners on various projects.

This well-known New Zealand business is continually adapting and changing with the times; and aim to be one step ahead in their industry, which they are hugely successful at doing. The next incumbent in this role will breathe the same motivation and drive into their role and will be proud to deliver on projects that will be hugely beneficial to the business and the wider leadership team. Working in conjunction with other PA's, you will be collaberative, positive, and resilient.

Your responsibilities will predominately include:

  • Manage multiple diaries using initiative & exercising judgement
  • Produce and proof high quality documentation
  • Coordinate flights, accommodation and meeting arrangements
  • Raise bills, timesheets and invoices when required
  • Assist with process improvement and transition
