We are looking for a dynamic, meticulous PA to take a position in a leading Wellington organisation. You'll need to be comfortable with managing multiple deadlines, be able to anticipate people's needs and facilitate a fluid working environment.

To truly excel in this competitive role you will have:

    • Excellent computer and communication skills

    • A passion for working with people

    • Strong relationship management experience

    • An enthusiastic and energetic personality

As no two days are the same you will often be managing all aspects of office administration and support, organising Corporate Executive diaries, taking minutes, arranging meetings and be on the front line of building relationships with new and existing clients.

If you are attentive, able to manage your time effectively and have a high level of knowledge in MS Office, we'd love to hear from you!
