We are looking to connect with experienced and driven Payroll administrators to provide support to Christchurch businesses in these fundamental roles.


A snapshot of key responsibilities:



    • End to end payroll processing, including working with time and attendance system

    • Payroll analysis reporting

    • Payroll administration in accordance with rosters and seasonal requirements

    • Maintain employee records and payroll processes

    • Prepare and process all leave requirements



    Skills, experience and attributes we are looking for:



    • Previous payroll experience. Experience managing multiple payrolls, especially those subject to seasonal fluctuation would be advantageous, as would high volume payroll experience

    • Competency in using software such as SAP, Payglobal, Xero, MYOB products

    • Competency in analysing, interpreting and communicating payroll data

    • Fast and accurate data entry, with intermediate to advanced Excel ability
