A large scale, charitable trust who provide service to New Zealanders are looking for a project administrator to join in on a project they are currently implementing. They have a hard working, feel good culture and are looking for someone who will reflect this during their time in the role.


In this full time, short term temporary opportunity you will be assisting the program and project managers with administration in implementing a new payroll system within the company. The role will include:

  • General administration
  • Assisting with risk and compliance documentation
  • Organising meetings and writing minutes
  • Writing reports
  • Project tracking through MS
  • Training and project coordination
  • Verbal and written communication
  • Excel and formatting documents

The Ideal Candidate:

Our ideal candidate is driven, has a 'can do' attitude and uses initiative.

  • Project administration experience
  • Intermediate to advanced MS excel and word
  • TechnologyOne experience
  • Share point in Visio experience
  • Someone who can foresee and resolve issues
  • Exceptional organization and planning skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
