If you have NZ central governement practical exerpeience as a Projector Coordinator, you could be right for this role. Your skills and knowledge to pick up where someone has left will need to be second to none. This organisation is highly regarded as the leader in its field within the public sector. Key responsibilities include (but not exclusive too)

  • Support the Project Manager and a team of BA's
  • Project goals are met on time, to the required standard and within the budget
  • Organise, coordinate and facilitate meetings (including taking action points)
  • Ensure all project policies and procedures are adhered too
  • Assist in the coordination/management of the project plan
  • Communicate with key stakeholders
  • Project Coordination of staff activities, deliverables including communications, tracking of issues and results and planning.

To be successful in this role you will be someone who

  • Has at least 3 years of proven experience within a similar role
  • Knowledge of project coordination methodology
  • Has proficient expertise in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, PDF
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
  • Is highly reliable, punctual and professional
