At any one time we have a range of reception roles based in South Auckland. Our roles can last anywhere between one day to six months, so we can work around your availability and commitments.
Day to day tasks in any of our great reception roles will include:
- Meeting and greeting at the front desk
- Administration support for the office
- Answering the phone and/ or switchboard
- Couriers, mail, document processing
- Looking after office facilities and stationary
- Organising meeting rooms and office events
- Other duties depending on the role
You will have:
- Office based reception experience
- Professional presentation and a personable manner
- Self motivated and organised
- Strong communication skills
