We have a constant availability of reception opportunities based throughout Auckland. Our roles can last anywhere between one day to six months, so we can work around your commitments, location and availability.

Your day to day reception tasks will include:

  • Customer Service
  • Administration Support
  • Answering the phone/ or switchboard
  • Document processing
  • Organising meetings and office support

You will have:

  • Office Reception experience
  • Professional presentation
  • Personable manner
  • Organisational skills
  • Strong communication
