Within the Government sector, this team helps to shape and transform communities in Auckland into more exciting, livable places through sustainable and positive ways.


This Reception role requires you to be the face of their company. The role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting customers/visitors
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Provide administration support
  • Answer and directing phone calls and emails
  • Managing visitor access
  • Providing advice and information to customers/visitors
  • Managing incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
  • Maintaining office equipment

The Ideal Candidate:

You will have a passion for people and are motivated by working for a community focused team. You will have:

  • 2+ years reception/ administration experience
  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • Experience working within the Government sector
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Suite skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
  • Hold a high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Have professional presentation
  • Strong verbal and written communication
