This organisation is a large global provider within the food service industry.

Their brands are house hold know names and they are currently looking for a receptionist for their NZ head office in Auckland.


In this varied reception and administration role, you will be managing the front of house as well as providing general office support by:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Managing meeting rooms and calendars
  • Answering the main line and assisting with queries
  • Managing carparks, facilities and mail
  • Assisting the office with ad hoc administrator and projects


Based in Penrose, they are handy to public transport and motorway options.

This role is working standard business hours Monday to Friday and will be starting on the 20th of June on an ongoing basis.

About you:

  • Previous reception or front of house experience
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Personable yet professional and enjoy working with people
