CBD location - Immediate start temp role
10am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday
$23 p/h depending on experience + Holiday Pay
Based in Auckland CBD, this organisation is within the Financial Services industry.
They have modern corporate offices handy to a wide range of transport options.
In this part time corporate reception role, you will be the face of this organising and responsible for:
- Organising the front of house functions
- Meeting and Greeting visitors and clients
- Answering the main line
- Organising meeting rooms and functions
- Mail, couriers, and ad hoc office administration
This role is starting ASAP and will be an ongoing temp role at this stage, working 10am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday
- Previous reception experience
- Corporate presentation and communication skills
- Admin and computer savvy
- Available immediately
