CBD location - Immediate start temp role
10am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday
$23 p/h depending on experience + Holiday Pay

Based in Auckland CBD, this organisation is within the Financial Services industry.

They have modern corporate offices handy to a wide range of transport options.

Role

In this part time corporate reception role, you will be the face of this organising and responsible for:

  • Organising the front of house functions
  • Meeting and Greeting visitors and clients
  • Answering the main line
  • Organising meeting rooms and functions
  • Mail, couriers, and ad hoc office administration

This role is starting ASAP and will be an ongoing temp role at this stage, working 10am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday

Skills/Experience

  • Previous reception experience
  • Corporate presentation and communication skills
  • Admin and computer savvy
  • Available immediately
