About the role:

Our client is looking for someone to assist them in an ongoing casual capacity starting as soon as possible as their receptionist. Required initially for Fridays 8.30am - 5.30pm with the flexibility to work other days if needed, and having the potential to be able to do Monday - Thursday from 1.30pm - 5.30pm in future if workflow increases.

What the role can include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Assisting with enquiries via email or phone
  • Answering & transferring phone calls
  • Inputting data relating to accounts or other information into systems
  • Typing up correspondence
  • Booking appointments/meeting rooms
  • Assisting with any ad hoc administration tasks
  • Situated front line/reception area

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a previous receptionist role
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a strong customer focus
  • Sound communication skills both verbally and written
  • Ability to start immediately
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours as stated above on an ongoing basis
