Ideally you would have had previous exposure working in both a high volume and tight deadline driven industry. However, we know great recruiters come from an array of different backgrounds. You could be working in an in-house role where the variety and pace just isn't cutting it for you. Or, you could be a Recruitment Agent who wants to grow and develop their leadership potential.

The role

You will be working with our expanding Project Services team. With the core function of managing, building and maintaining key client relationships in a hugely competitive field.

No two days will be the same. You could be out seeing clients one minute and be all hands on deck to meet tight deadlines the next. This role requires you to have the confidence to work in a consultative manner with our clients, yet have a head for process and detail when it comes to supporting these relationships.

This role is high volume, fast paced, end to end recruitment, and requires you to be proactive, level headed and highly collaborative with your team.
