ABOUT THE ROLE


The individual who will be successful in this opportunity will find themselves engaging with key stakeholders from Senior Management all the way through to the operational teams. You will be collaboratively working in a diverse team whose function is to improve the technology capabilities of the organisation. In return you will receive ongoing training and development and the chance to work on exciting projects that will affect the everyday lives of New Zealanders.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL



    • Experience in mentoring and coaching BA's

    • Stakeholder engagement and relationship building

    • Current and future state analysis

    • The ability to determine pain points and best relay technical solutions to non technical stakeholders.


You will have proven and thorough experience in Agile environments and your highly developed communication skills and ability to relate and engage with all levels of the business will ensure your success in this exciting role. You will be able to demonstrate both strong stakeholder relationships as well as a history of mentoring and leading others and an open and collaborative approach.


Due to the sensitive nature of the information managed in this role, suitable candidates will need to hold New Zealand Citizenship to be considered.
