Our client has a large stream of work on and are consequently seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst that is ready to go ASAP. The project is based on operational process improvement type work. Consequently, they are seeking the right individual who can guide non-senior BA's on a high profile project and provide coaching and mentoring. Additional to this you will need the key skills and attributes of the following:

  • Experienced in facilitating workshops and keeping to agendas

  • Requirements gathering / evaluating outputs / generating requirements

  • Problem identification and writing improved procedures

  • Six Sigma or similar

  • Excellent communication ability (internal and external stakeholders)
