Small commercial team seeks an experienced credit risk and fraud analyst to help enhance their capability in fraud detection and prevention.

Utilising your strong technical skills (SAS or SQL) you will help to provide insights into fraudulent activity through the analysis of data, provision of reporting and identification of changing consumer behaviour that can feed into their fraud strategy.

You will be both technically proficient in data mining tools as well as have the ability to hold credible commercial conversations with key stakeholders. Given our client seeks experience, having the aptitude to take on a leadership role within the team is also desirable.

To be considered for this role, you will have a numerate tertiary qualification and have a number of years demonstrated experience in a credit risk environment. Given the landscape, you will need to be agile enough to work in a constantly changing environment where risk mitigation and prevention is becoming everyday language.
