Having strong relationships with a number of industry-leading organizations, we are looking to connect with Medical Receptionists and Administrators who are passionate about providing a high level of support in the healthcare sector.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • Previous medical reception/administration experience
  • Experience and familiarity with industry-relevant software such as Medtech 32
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy periods while maintaining a calm and friendly disposition
  • Intermediate level in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • All-round professionalism which is reflected in your communication (verbal and written), personal presentation and working relationships

Successful Candidates:

As an experienced Medical Receptionist or Administrator, you will appreciate the need to be highly organized in an environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to prioritize at times. You will understand and value your role in the healthcare sector that requires your compassion, professionalism and discretion as you deal with all manners of sensitive information.
