About the company:

We are currently looking for a Payroll Administrator for one of our Shore based clients. They are a well-known company with a great culture and team. They are a down to earth, friendly and supportive team. They have branches across New Zealand and employ over 500 staff.

About the role:

Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for the following:

  • Weekly and Monthly pay runs
  • Updating employee details
  • Filing
  • Assist with Reporting
  • Payroll queries
  • Any other ad hoc tasks

About you:

You will need to be an experienced Payroll Administrator who has larger ERP system's experience and will be comfortable processing payrolls on your own. You will also need to have a high attention to detail, be customer focused and be an intermediate user on Excel.
