Our client has a new and exciting opportunity to join their team as a Service Desk Analyst where you will provide 1st and 2nd level support. In this service orientated environment the main purpose of your role is to act as the first point of contact and provide prompt technical resolutions of incidents and service requests, escalating them to a higher level if required.


As a Service Desk Analyst you will have excellent customer service skills ensuring high quality, accurate and timely information is provided to the customer end user at all times. You will also have the ability to work in a fast-pasted environment responding to telephone calls, e-mails and walk-in requests.


To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experiences:



    • Previous experience working in a customer service role including some IT/ Technical related support

    • Proven ability in troubleshooting computer problems

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

    • Excellent communication and team skills

    • Strong problem solving skills
