Expereinced service desk analyst required
Our client, a large corporate organisation in the private sector, is currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join a fast paced environment The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously, think proactively and develop solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you must have the following experience :-
- At least 2 years working at level 1 and 2 service desk within a large organisation
- Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory
- Logging IT related issues using a ticketing system
- Strong customer service.
This is a level 1 to 2 position and help answer internal calls and emails in a timely manner. As this has an immediate start, you must be available in Christchurch for an interview at short notice plus hold the correct New Zealand work rights.
