About the role:

Our client is seeking an experienced PA / Team Administrator to support the day to day administration and coordination functions to keep the team running smoothly. If working in an ever changing and dynamic environment excites you, then this could be the next opportunity for you! Showcase your strong administrative skillset, professional approach and your ability to build rapport within a large team.

Day to Day duties will include:

  • Running reports for the team.
  • Formatting and preparing documents necessary for upcoming meetings.
  • Diary management.
  • Email correspondence.
  • Minute taking within company meetings or external meetings as required.
  • Travel arrangements.
  • Maintaining and updating an internal database.
  • Assisting with invoice preparation, allocating invoices to the correct managers.
  • Regular communication with a large team - keeping them updated on changes, new processes etc.
  • Supporting the management with your strong administration skills and assisting with projects and ad hoc requirements.

About the person:

You are proactive, forward thinking and extremely organised. You will have previous experience supporting a large team and have the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with internal and external teams. Due to the nature of the environment, discretion and confidentiality is a must and having an ability to adapt quickly in an ever changing dynamic workplace will be key to your success in this role.

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience as an Team Administrator / Team Coordinator.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge with fast and accurate keyboard skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Ability to be proactive and prioritise multiple tasks at any given time.

Suitable candidates will be located in Christchurch New Zealand. If re-locating to Christchurch please include a cover letter regarding your re-location and availability.
