Hudson is currently looking for dedicated Team Administrators.


Key responsibilities include but not exclusive to:



    • Assisting with the organisation of the team/company meetings

    • Booking travel and accommodation

    • Answering phones and allocating them accordingly

    • Support the administration of the company

    • Email management


    If you meet the below criteria, we would love to hear from you:



    • Previous experience in a similar role

    • Proficient in Word, Excel and Data Entry

    • Wellington based and available immediately

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills

    • A team player

    • Right to work (visa status) in New Zealand
