We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant for one of our clients based in Auckland CBD.

Our client is one of the leading not-for-profit organisations in aged care and they expect a high level of service throughout their business. They are open to how the hours are structured, however their preference is 3 days

  • Monday to Wednesday.

  • Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

    • Accounts Receivable

    • Accounts Payable

    • Bank reconciliations

    • Assist with month end

    • and any ad hoc tasks

You will be an experienced Accounts Assistant, who can demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to be empathetic, coupled with being a team player and adaptable. Experience with excel and Greentree is advantageous.
