Our client that is based in the Christchurch CBD are seeking desktop support professionals to assist them in the coming months across their desktop upgrade to MS Office 365. This role will suit advanced desktop support professionals with experience in large-scale desktop rollouts.


Technical Requirements:

    • Windows 10, Office 2016 and Office 365 skills and deployment support experience
    • SOE and application remote deployment experience
    • SCCM client connectivity experience
    • Active Directory and Group Policy management
    • Experience within an ITIL environment
    • Knowledge of Skype for Business and Enterprise Voice telephony

Ideally you will have at least two years support experience in a large user base organisation. Experience supporting Microsoft windows 7 environment is essential along with an understanding of other Microsoft applications. Excellent customer service and communication skills are needed to be successful in this role.


To be successful with this role you must be available at short notice for a face to face interview and hold the correct New Zealand work rights.
