Leading IT service provider is seeking for a Compensation & Benefit Manager to join the team!

Our client is a Fortune 500 global IT service provider with significant market share and an enviable reputation. Developing their people and strengthening their market leadership are a critical part of their plan, they are seeking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to become a member of their team in supporting their business expansion.



The Compensation & Benefits Manager is responsible for conducting analysis and studies, interpreting results and making recommendations to support the development and maintenance of effective compensation and benefit programs aligned with the organisation's rewards strategy.



Responsibilities

* Conduct job evaluation and salary surveys, establish salary structures, develop salary competitive employee compensation.
* budgets and prepare policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of equitable and
* Assist in preparing the budget for the year and has a deep knowledge about its content.
* Conduct regular training sessions for HR Business Partners and line managers to increase awareness of the compensation agenda in the organisation.
* Develop programs designed to keep employees informed of company benefit plans and any
* proposed changes
* Responsible for performance appraisal systems and reward or incentive programs
* Leads and manages compensation projects for the entire organisation
* Advises top managers in taking difficult decisions in the area of compensation, benefits and motivation of employees.
* Design policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees



Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
* At least 6 to 8 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, designing Long Term Incentives and/or Board of Director fees.
* Strong communicator with proven analytical skills.
* Self-motivated and dynamic individual with strong people-oriented and influencing skills.
* Prior experience in an Multi-national Corporation will be preferred.
