Hiring exceptional candidate with experience in content creation/editing including internal communications

Candidates should have exceptional writing skills for both internal messaging and content publishing; possess an ability to help develop, implement and manage high level concepts and messages that can be understood by all levels of the organization.


* Supports development of corporate communications messaging and events, leveraging all available and appropriate communication channels including: quarterly newsletters, intranet, press releases, Annual Report, video, and more for local, regional and global audiences. (50%)
* Develops intranet content creation/editing/publishing to support strategic goals for internal communications
* Provides support for the executive team on employee communication opportunities including talking points, speeches, and other needs (5%)
* Support leadership with local, regional, and global projects including crisis communications, select employee engagement, and social responsibility projects (30%)
* Supports activities and teams responsible for preparation of internal employee communications regarding company performance, strategy, or corporate or human resource policies (15%)
* Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness, impact, and engagement of programs

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

* 5-7 years' experience in content creation/editing including internal communications to employees and the investment community such as presentations, speeches, memos, intranet and newsletters
* Exceptional writing and reporting skills
* Exceptional project management skills
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft office programs with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and SharePoint
* Ability to confidently converse with associates at all level of the organization through a variety of channels
* Proven ability to keep confidential information
* Experience in developing and implementing communications projects and actionable plans that support business goals
* 10% travel required, some international travel
* Experience managing intranet strategies
